What to expect

WILDLIFE ... or meet the locals

Museo Atlántico is a unique dive site where art meets marine life. The sculptures act as an artificial reef, attracting schools of sardines, bream, and barracudas. Stingrays and butterfly rays are often seen gliding over the sandy seabed, while angel sharks sometimes rest near the statues. Octopuses, moray eels, and colorful nudibranchs make their homes within the sculptures, and the growing coral and sponges have drawn in parrotfish and damselfish. Night dives reveal bioluminescent plankton and nocturnal creatures like crabs and lobsters, adding a magical touch to this extraordinary underwater experience.
